To administer the application process, we rely on centralized human resource systems operated by Illumia, its parent company Roper Technologies, or their affiliates (collectively, the “Roper Group”).
We may also share information about your application within the Roper Group where there are potential role matches. This Notice provides relevant information about how Personal Data is processed using those systems.

We collect Personal Data to manage and administer our relationship with you beginning when you apply for a role and through the start of employment, if applicable.
A partial list of the Personal Data we collect is described in Annex 1. If you accept an offer of employment, your information will be processed pursuant to our Employee Privacy Notice.

- Publicly accessible sources (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Background check service providers (if a conditional offer is extended)
If required Personal Data is not provided, we may be unable to continue processing your application.
Purposes for Processing Personal Data
- Assessing skills, qualifications, and job fit
- Verifying application information and conducting reference or background checks
- Communicating with you during the recruitment process
- Informing you of other job opportunities within the Roper Group
- Providing immigration or work permit assistance when requested

We have not sold and do not sell Personal Data provided through the job application process.

Personal Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with our corporate data retention schedule and legal obligations.
